വർക് ഫ്രം ഹോം വ്യവസ്ഥയിൽ ഇളവ് വീണ്ടും

സാമ്പത്തിക മേഖലയിൽ പ്രവർത്തിക്കു ന്ന ഐടി കമ്പനികളിലെ ജീവനക്കാർക്കുള്ള വർക്കിംഗ് ഫ്രം വ്യവസ്ഥകളിൽ കേന്ദ്ര വാണിജ്യ മന്ത്രാലയം കൂടുതൽ ഇളവുകൾ അനുവദിച്ചു. മുഴുവൻ ജീവനക്കാർക്കും വീട്ടിലിരുന്നു ജോലി ചെയ്യാൻ അനുമതി നൽകി മന്ത്രാലയം ചട്ടം ഭേദഗതി ചെയ്തു. കോവിഡിനു ശേഷവും വർക്കിംഗ് ഫ്രം ഹോം തുടരാൻ അനുവദിച്ച് കഴിഞ്ഞ ജൂലൈയിൽ കേന്ദ്രം ചട്ടം ഭേദഗതി ചെയ്തിരുന്നു. ഇതിന്റെ തുടർച്ചയായാണ് കൂടുതൽ ഇളവ് അനുവദിച്ചുള്ള ഭേദഗതി. ഐടി കമ്പനികളുടെ അപേക്ഷ പരിഗണിച്ചാണു നടപടി. വീട്ടിൽ ഇരുന്നുള്ള ജോലികൾ സാധാരണ എസ്ഇസെഡ് മേഖലകളിൽ മുമ്പൊന്നും അനുവദിക്കാറില്ലായിരുന്നു. കോവിഡിനു ശേഷമായിരുന്നു ഈ രീതി.2023 ഡിസംബർ 31 വരെ വർക്ഫ്രം ഹോം അനുവദിക്കും. നിലവിൽ വർക്ഫ്രം ഹോം അനുവദിക്കുന്ന സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾക്ക് ഇതു സംബന്ധിച്ച അപേക്ഷ എസ്ഇസഡ് കമ്മീഷണറെ അറിയിച്ച് അതു വീണ്ടും നീട്ടി വാങ്ങാം.

The Union Ministry of Commerce has allowed further relaxations in working from conditions for employees of IT companies operating in the financial sector.  The ministry has amended the rules by allowing all employees to work from home.  Last July, the Center had amended the rules to allow working from home to continue even after Covid.  This is followed by an amendment allowing more relaxation.  The action is taking into consideration the application of IT companies.  Home-based jobs were not allowed in the normal SEZ areas earlier.  This method was after covid. Work from home will be allowed till December 31, 2023.  The institutions which currently allow work from home can extend it again by informing the SEZ Commissioner about the application in this regard
