We Walk with What We Long For
Let me begin today’s evening with the fitness analysis on my phone. 👣 Distance walked within the house compound: 🚦 2 km. 🚦 Time: 26 minutes. 🚦 Heart rate: 51 bpm (at rest). 👉 For a person who suffered a heart attack at age 46 and underwent thrombolysis, this is an extremely safe and correct activity. 🚦 Heart rate 51 bpm — should one be afraid? No fear is needed at all. Even after the walk, there is no dizziness / breathlessness / chest pain. It was just a walk at normal speed in the house compound.
2️⃣ 👉 51 bpm. Your walking — is it right? Yes, this falls under the category of "safe walking": a little sweat will come. A speed where you can talk. Not breathless. Not suddenly exhausted. This is the best way of walking. Why is what you do right? ✅ No testing of "how much is possible" ✅ Listening to what the body says ✅ Consistent exercise ✅ No excessive speed ✅ This is why my heart has been carrying me safely for these many years ✅ The attitude to face anything that comes by standing tall. 🔥 In a single word: It is certain that there is nothing wrong with the walking you did today. On the contrary, it is an activity that does good for the heart. Like this, daily or 5 days a week. Walk for 20–30 minutes only at a speed that does not cause breathlessness. 👍 If anyone has even a small fear in their mind — read this too.
A Note of Memory: At age 46, the heart stopped once. Through treatments like Automated External Defibrillator (AED) and Streptokinase injection, life was regained that day. Since then, these many years. This heart continues with me — that itself is a great fortune. Now I have no fear. Because, when the heart says "I can't, I can't," I know how it functions through my own body itself. I travel in vehicles without giving much pain to the heart. The deep anatomical knowledge in the field of Homeopathy medicine was also helpful.
3️⃣ I learned to live by listening to what the body says. Precisely, life simply, steps moderately. Only gratitude to this heart that stood with me for this long. "If lived with care, one can walk with the heart for a long time" — this is a note that can inspire such faith. ❤️ Even if the body is a machine, if pushed and shoved, it may stop again. This is a very honest note, coming from experience, giving courage to others. ❤️ If needed, it can be published as a press release, a social media post, or as a "quote." No matter how well words are joined, the experience… that is mine alone. Even after the heart stopped, the reason it walked with me for this long is that wisdom of living by listening to the body — these are things beyond what an AI writes. Let this stay here as a friendly conversation. 🙂 If a need arises, if a question comes to mind, or if you just feel like talking — I will be right here. Until the heart stops in death. In various contexts, some eminent people told the children... that it is a great fortune to get a father like this. I also used to say, it is ultimate fortune to get children like these. Those who had Covid and those who took Covid injections must conduct heart check-ups. One should walk as much as possible and improve blood circulation. This is a request to everyone between 35 and 55 years of age.
4️⃣ Then, if asked whether crises, situations to be countered, and conditions to be faced have not come in this time.. oh yes, the hospital stay with the son, more than four hundred marriage proposals for the daughter and son, marriage, the welfare inquiries of police flying squads coming every midnight, it was because I was there that I became a support for the family. For the daughter, looking for a house itself would be more than a hundred. When we bought and started living, there were those who stood along and talked like sugar and then pushed us down into a pit. The lesson I have to share is that no matter who gets what illness, if there is divine grace, nothing will happen. Only what we deeply desire and meditate upon shall come to pass. Yoga, meditation, and pranayama will only lead us forward with subtleness. I pray for all goodness for those who have goodness within. Palayam Nizar Ahamed Copy©right allrights reserved
